Our operations are guided by the values of the Algol Group: accountability, collaboration and development. The values and our Code of Business Conduct create the basis for our operations and determine the way we conduct our day-to-day business.
In 2021, we introduced our Supplier Code of Business Conduct for both suppliers and subcontractors as well as the Supplier evaluation process.
Our mission is to provide a smooth everyday life and help all our customers live without impediments. We do this through innovative solutions and expertise.
We develop our product selection in collaboration with our customers and partners. When sourcing new products, we pay special attention to innovative solutions and quality. Our partnerships are based on long-term relations, and many of our partners have worked with us since the early 1980’s.
Algol Trehab belongs to the Algol Group, whose sustainability work also applies to our company’s operations. The group’s first sustainability report was published in April 2023.

Occupational safety
Occupational safety is systematic and based on best practices. We comply with all occupational health and safety laws and regulations, and we ensure that all employees receive proper training for their tasks. Together we are responsible for ensuring that our work is safe and of the highest quality, and we deal immediately with any possible shortcomings.
